赢得一个建筑工程合约并不容易。这要求最后入围的公司具备以下条件。

1）在具体的工程中赢得的良好的声誉
2）有较好的组织
3）良好的历史纪录，良好的安全和环保意识
4）具有竞争力的投标价格
5）监管部门的推荐
6）与业主有良好的关系。

由于一个工程合约的总额常常要上数亿元，因此它要求充足的资金储备和银行担保。当然，因为工程总额巨大，利润也相当可观。
