A list of emergency contacts must be well prepared and kept in site office for emergency purpose . The contacts should include at least all local Emergency Departments , the Employer’s representatives, the working contractors’ representatives , resident Safety Officer , resident Environmental Protection Officer and the Head Office .

[ Construction DB Tips : In case of emergency on site , immediate direct contact to the local emergency departments might not be encouraged by the Main / Management Contractor and will set out emergency procedure of their own for reference . ]
