“ QUENSH ” is a new term created for the combination of quality , environmental , safety and health issues . With no doubt , site safety nowadays becomes the major parameter to complete the project on time , that results less running cost and earlier return of reward . Beside the safety policy committed by the company’s top management , the safety plan needs to be audited and updated from time to time for implementation . Continuous tool box talks , special safety training and refresher course must be maintained to remind the workers up to the end of project including demobilization stage .
