This plan should list out the various stages of work from the very first beginning when to conduct test and inspection by the concerned parties including the specialist sub-contractor , the main contractor and at hold points for ER’s inspection and permission to further work . When tests and inspections on work are carried out jointly in accordance of the agreed plan , there should not be any big mistake since every defect / deficiency will be in alert and subsequent consideration .
