Hazards analysis and risk assessment is a good practice to evaluate or quantify the dangerous conditions on site for site supervisors’ awareness and follow up . Industrial accidents always happen because of the workers’ negligence and non-concentration at work . The risk assessment can tell before hand and give an idea to the supervisory staff to look after and remind the workers whenever and wherever there is potential risk around . The captioned safety documents prepared by the safety officer are theoretical only and always are the repetitive copy from the previous contract , thus there is no doubt that the experienced site supervisors would have more precaution knowledge on the proposed work .
