Nowadays mobile phone already becomes a common means of communication among people , however there are still a lot of blind points on land where the phone transmissions do not reach , eg. the tunnel , shaft , basement , restricted area , part of country park , border boundary and the network blind point . In this circumstance , licensed hand-held radio or walkie-talkie could be used for communication on site among the staff and the office .
