Although it is not wise to provide a too comfortable work place for the site staff whom might stay behind long to escape from hot and cold weather , however the necessary facilities still have to be provided for a good working environment . For a remote site from town , a canteen and the pantry can provide a short rest place for the site staff where is much better than stopping by the “ hideout ” ( 蛇竇 ) .
