Depends on the size of project , geographical configuration of site and duration of construction period , a sizable or a series of site offices should be set up appropriately for running the day to day activities . The minor site offices could be of mobile containers equipped with general facilities while the main site office should be well set up to provide document control , meeting and administration purposes . Location of the long term site office should be carefully selected to avoid or minimize obstruction to the future site works .
