An organization of key personnel should be well determined at award of the contract and a well-planned organization chart of supporting staff should be prepared in respects of role of works for recruitment at time when Work commences . With no doubt , the first tier of supporting staff immediately on site shall be the survey crew , programmer and at least a clerk . Their first primary jobs shall be as follows : -

a) Survey crew : conduct initial record survey for handover/takeover purpose ;
b) Programmer : prepare master programme for commencing works ; and
c) Secretary / Clerk : issue and receipt of correspondence and drawings .

Honestly it always has to leave some room for the new comers to pick up the construction business however the fresh work team without experienced aged staff may perhaps downgrade the quality of work , unaware of potential claims and sometimes trapped by the site problems . ]
